Cooking only over a wood fire Rotisserie and BBQ our food stands out just like the characters that are cooking it. Everything is made from scratch and with Love. Much of my food experience has been internationally influenced over the years through river travel and exploration. We make Chutney from local seasonal fruit. Our Hot sauce, Sweaty Teddy’s is made in House by a local river guide Ted Horsch. Our Chickens are free range Draper Valley birds, salt cured and slow roasted to the utmost perfection. We have weekly specials that include ingredients from around the Columbia River Gorge while keeping our flavors unique and one of a kind.
